When will I receive my purchases?

As soon as we have received payment and notification from Shopyfy we will forward your purchase to you. We try to send everything within the hour of purchase, obviously this can depend on time zones. 

 

What format will my purchases arrive in?

Your purchase will come in the form of a PDF file so please remember to down load it and store it in your files

 

Can I buy more than one team building activity workbook?

Yes please do 😉

 

Are there any discounts when I buy more than one team building activity, workbook or training game?

We can offer discounts if you are buying several items. Please contact us for further information.

 

Can I book a virtual tutor?

Yes you can. We can deliver a training session for you or host the activity that you have purchased

You maybe interested in our 12 month Action Focused Leadership and Management program which we either deliver in person or virtually. We also sell the whole package under license so your trainers can deliver it - we also familiarise your trainers for FREE and keep in touch throughout the year

 

Can one of your tutors facilitate a session around the activity I have purchased for me?

As above. We would be more than happy to host a session around the workbook or teambuilding activity that you have purchased. there is a charge for this service but not as expensive as you may think.

 

Can I buy a training course?

We also sell our training courses so you or your trainers can deliver the courses to your team/clients. When you purchase a training course you get:

• Comprehensive and easy to follow tutor notes
• The Course Handouts
• The Learner notes
• The PowerPoint Slides
• Relevant trainer activities and games that fit the course
